For a text report
It is worth noting right away that only text can be checked automatically. That is, in the task you need to ask users to provide text as a report.
Next, you need to turn on the toggle switch next to the phrase “Automatic response”.
You need to identify a word that will be contained in the correct answer in 100% of cases.
For example, you are promoting an Android application and in order to make sure that the performer has downloaded the application, you ask: “What color is the background of the menu in the application?”. But in fact, the menu is green. Performers in reports can decline and use different endings in different ways: “Zeleny, zelenovotoe, zeleny, zeleny-siniy, etc.”
We see that the common root is the word “zelen”. Accordingly, we will specify it in the “Keyword” field.
If the script finds a keyword in the text, the answer is immediately executed, if not, it is rejected. It does not matter whether the letter is capitalized or lowercase.
There are cases when there may be several correct answers. In this case, the keywords are separated by the “;” symbol. Now in the “Keyword” field we write “green;blue”, because the color is very close to blue, and 1% of performers wrote the word “blue” in the answer.
By the way, the example with color is not ideal. Because not all people can recognize colors well. It is better to use the technique with the continuation of the text. For example, if we have a menu in the application, then in the task list the menu items and ask the performer to write what the next item is called.

If you need users to attach a screenshot, and you want to automate their verification, then you can use the keyword “https://ibb.co” in the automatic response. Our performers use this platform to upload screenshots. In 95% of cases, if a link to a screenshot is added, the task is considered completed.
